The Feeling introduced themselves to the world in 2006 with their debut album, Twelve Stops And Home. It became a phenomenon, selling 1.5 million copies worldwide (with platinum sales of over 900,000 in Britain alone). Having originally honed their skills playing in French ski resorts, The Feeling also quickly established a reputation as a fantastic live act, something they’ve since demonstrated everywhere from Glastonbury’s Pyramid Stage to the Queen’s back garden to Wembley Stadium.
In 2008 the band released their Number One second album Join With Us, which bagged them another big hit in I Thought It Was Over. Further highly successful albums followed but in 2016 the band went on hiatus, not knowing what was to follow. However in 2018, the band decided to play a one-off show at The Apollo Theatre, London to celebrate twelve years since 12 Stops And Home. The gig sold out in minutes, and proved to be such a joyous, triumphant occasion that the band and fans were left wanting more.
2026 will mark the 20th anniversary of the band’s seminal album, and promises to be one of their busiest years yet. The best live band in the country aren’t slowing down any time soon!
