Phil McCaughan started PJPM in 2017 as a boutique artist management company, offering focused 360-degree coordination across all aspects of an artist’s career.
After 15 years frontline experience working with globally successful artists, it was a natural progression for Phil to bring together his wide breadth of experience to create a flexible business which can be moulded to suit individual artists’ needs. After all, no one artist or band is the same!
Phil’s career started working with global leaders Modest! Management, with whom he still works in partnership across some of the PJPM roster. During his time at Modest!, Phil managed 5 Seconds of Summer (ten million+ units, five million+ concert tickets, global #1 chart positions), and JLS (eight million records sold, five #1 singles, over one million concert tickets) amongst others. Phil also has frontline record label experience, previously working at Sony Music UK/ Epic Records as a marketing manager.
PJPM has a diverse roster which reflects the breadth of Phil’s experience and musical taste. PJPM oversees all aspects of the artists careers, from writing, production, and performance, to brand partnerships and endorsements, marketing and promotion, PR campaigns, and the day to day lives of these high-profile acts.
